The Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties is a critical resource in building stronger futures for youth in our community. Every day, the Club provides a safe space for kids who may not otherwise have access to the same opportunities as their peers, helping level the playing field and supporting them as they grow into confident, capable, and caring individuals.
Comprehensive services
The Club reaches thousands of youth each year, offering far more than traditional after-school care.
- Eight Clubhouses and Teen Centers
- Health & Dental Services Center
- Workforce Development through T3: Training Teens for Tomorrow
- Athletic Leagues including volleyball, basketball and flag football
- Community Outreach
The Club creates pathways for young people to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. In 2025 alone, more than 9,700 youth were served across these programs, many from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The impact extends beyond individual youth to entire families and the broader community. From thousands of meals served and health services provided, to school supplies distributed and career pathways explored, the Club meets essential needs while opening doors to opportunity. Most importantly, it fosters a sense of belonging and possibility for youth who may not otherwise have access to these resources.
