Mr. Bob Shea is the Chief Investment Strategist at Dynasty Financial Partners. In this role, he is responsible for constructing and maintaining Dynasty’s Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) portfolios and leading Dynasty’s Investment Committee. He brings his insights into top-down asset allocation, portfolio management, and investment manager selection to Precedent’s Investment Committee. Bob joined Dynasty from FCF Advisors, where he served as CEO and CIO. Prior, he worked in Investments at Goldman Sachs from 1991-2004, becoming Partner, Co-Head of Cash Equity Trading. Mr. Shea earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University.
